While the training itself is hosted on the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) website\, we provide hands-on support to ensure a smooth learning experience. \nWe help DSPs by: \n\n Guiding them through the process of accessing the DODD training website\n Teaching them how to navigate the online training modules\nProviding a laptop for those who need one to complete the training\nOffering ongoing support to answer any questions or resolve technical issues

DESCRIPTION:In this class\, you’ll learn how to perform Standard CPR\, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)\, and apply first aid techniques for common emergencies for Adults\, Children and Infants. \nOur training program is designed to equip you with essential lifesaving skills through: \n\nHands-on Practice – Gain confidence with real-world application and practical exercises.\nInteractive Scenarios – Engage in realistic situations to enhance critical thinking and decision-making.\nUp-to-Date Techniques – Learn the latest Standard CPR\, choking\, and first aid methods to ensure you’re fully prepared to respond in emergencies.\n\nNOTE: At Least 2 Participants will need to be signed up 3 days before the start date of the CPR class. If there is NOT at least 2 participants\, the participants will be notified of future dates available to reschedule.
