DODD Provider Certification Assistance

This class is designed to assist Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in accessing and successfully completing their required initial or annual DODD online training. While the training itself is hosted on the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) website, we provide hands-on support to ensure a smooth learning experience.

We help DSPs by:

•  Guiding them through the process of accessing the DODD training website
•  Teaching them how to navigate the online training modules
• Providing a laptop for those who need one to complete the training
• Offering ongoing support to answer any questions or resolve technical issues
